Chuck Buresh has over 25 years of experience providing technical and administrative leadership during corporate modernization initiatives for several of the top Fortune 100 corporations. He has gained broad experience within the global diversified financial services and insurance industries delivering bottomline measurable results through business process streamlining and automation. Mr Buresh holds a MBA degree from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University. He holds a number of professional certifications.
SVP and COO
Ed Boland has over 25 years of experience in the U.S. financial services industry in Controller; Internal Audit Director, Finance Director, Systems Analysis, Process Reengineering and Director of Structured Finance for the Canadian marketplace and Master Servicing operations in both the U.S. and Canada. Responsibilities surrounded program manager and co-sponsor of accounting application implementations, architectural design; technical and interface requirements; project resource and timeline; data extracts and reporting.
SVP and CFO
Javed Peeran has over 25 years of diverse experience in banking, insurance, lending, manufacturing and information technology in CFO, Internal Audit and Operations Management roles. Responsibilities have included management of all corporate financial operations, technology and financial audits, integrated audits of Capital Markets operations and loan servicing, and cybersecurity audits. He is thoroughly versed in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and FFIEC, CFPB and SOX requirements.
SVP and CIO
Jeff Garza has over 20 years of experience in senior level technical and management positions for financial services, entertainment, and software development industries. Mr. Garza has led numerous enterprise software integrations from design through implementation including several rescue projects. He has broad experience with the major ERP platforms, databases and related technologies. Jeff holds degrees in Electronic Engineering, Management and Leadership and a MBA degree in Information Systems and Finance from Pepperdine University.

We have developed forward thinking, skills and methodology necessary to provide our clients with faster and better ways of doing things. We are known for getting things accomplished given funding and time constraints.
